1. Hassle-Free Return Within 15 Days

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to ensure your shopping experience remains easy and hassle-free.

  • For ALL PRODUCTS that are damaged, defective, or improperly handled, we offer 100% refund.
  • If you notice any quality issues with our products upon receiving your package, please contact our customer service team within 15 days. We will promptly address your concerns and properly resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2. Return Policy Conditions

Cathnina offers different return policies for different products. Below are the details of our return policy:

Standard size dresses For any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped standard size dresses, we guarantee a full refund or a free exchange.
For standard size dresses with quality issues, we also offer a 100% refund.
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your package to initiate the process.
Custom Size Dress

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped custom size dress caused by Cathnina, please email us as soon as possible. Our team will promptly review your request and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

For products without quality issues, refunds are not supported. Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully confirm your sizes, colors, and other dress details before placing your order.

3. Fees Incurred

  • Shipping fees for delivery to your destination address are non-refundable.
  • Return Cost: Customer is responsible for the return cost for customer remorse (does not fit or does not like for customer's reason). Cathnina will response for the return cost if the item is damaged, defective, or mis-shipped.
  • For returns, any promotional gifts received must be returned with the items. If not, the retail value of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

4. Other Terms About Return

  • All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged—with the original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
  • NOTE: Please do not return items without prior approval. If you wish to return an item, contact our customer service team for approval and detailed instructions. Returns sent without approval may be rejected.
  • To process a return, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back within 15 days, including weekends, from the date of receipt.
  • We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please retain the receipt and tracking information for your records.
  • Dresses, accessories, and other items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Return Procedure

  • Step 1: Please contact us exclusively via email at service@cathnina.com within 15 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number, explain the reason or quality issue, and attach images of the product(s). Only email requests will be processed.
  • Step 2: Our customer service team will respond to your issue and provide a solution within 24 business hours.
  • Step 3: If your return request is approved, please return the dress to the address we provide and send us the valid tracking number within 7 business days.

    The following information must be included in the package: Order Number, Order Email, and Full Name. This is crucial for us to identify your return. We will not be able to process a refund without this information.

  • Step 4: Send us the valid tracking number of the returning package to service@cathnina.com.
  • Step 5: Please allow 3-7 business days for us to inspect the returned items and verify the quality issues you reported. (Note: Products returned that are found not to be defective will not be eligible for a refund.)
  • Step 6: Once the issues are confirmed, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original payment account. Please note: Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method and cannot be issued to alternate cards or payment forms.

    Once the refund is processed, it typically takes 10-15 business days for the funds to appear in your account. However, the exact timing is determined by your bank, and we do not have control over or access to this process.

  • Note: For orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as shipping expenses were incurred.

6. Order Cancellation

Once we receive your order, the production process is immediately initiated. Therefore, please understand that order cancellations may not be free under certain conditions.

  • Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
  • Within 24 hours, you’ll get a full refund after canceling the order.
  • Within 24-72 hours, you will get 80% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund.
  • More than 72 hours, you will get 60% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund since we may have made your dress.
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can use the return policy after receiving the dresses.

7. Adjustment And Reimbursement

  • As all our clothes are handmade, please understand that slight variations may occur due to manual measurement. Therefore, additional modifications or adjustments may be required to achieve your ideal fit, at your own expense.
  • To improve shopping experience, we offer limited alteration reimbursement(up to 30% of the price paid for the dress) for all dresses, including both standard and custom sizes. Just send a photo of your tailor's receipt to service@cathnina.com, and we will process your reimbursement within 48 business hours.
  • Please note: Any after-sale requests must be submitted within 15 days of the package's arrival date.

8. Exchanges

  • We do not offer an exchange service for any of our products, as most of our dresses are made to order and we do not keep stock for exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please first return the unwanted item (if it meets our return policy) and then place a new order. Please note that the new order will not be eligible for the promotional pricing or discounts applied to the original order.
