1. Receiving time = Processing/Production time + Shipping time

• The processing time varies depending on the product types, typically ranging from 5 to 8 business days. Further details regarding the specific processing times for each product will be outlined below for your reference.
• Shipping times vary depending on the destination countries and regions as well as the chosen shipping method. For specific details regarding shipping times, please refer to the information provided below.
• Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together for your convenience.
• During peak season, delivery times may be extended by several days. If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days, please reach out to us at service@cathnina.com, and we will make every effort to assist you promptly.

2. Processing Time

All products from Cathnina are made-to-order, with processing times varying depending on the specific product types chosen.

Note: To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request orders be placed with a lead time of at least 30 business days, particularly during peak wedding seasons.

5. OTHER TERMS FOR DELIVERY

1. DHL & UPS do not support delivery to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
2. During uncontrollable circumstances such as Covid-19 quarantine, weather changes, natural disasters, war, or strikes, delays may occur. We are committed to providing efficient and timely service, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
3. Unfortunately, overnight shipping is not currently available.
4. Address change: We offer free address changes before the package is dispatched. Once the package has been shipped, we will liaise with the shipping courier to attempt an address change on your behalf. Please note that while we will make every effort, success is not guaranteed. If an address change is possible, any associated costs levied by the shipping courier will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. The shipping time provided above is an estimate. Kindly note that delays may occur. If you require the dress urgently, please reach out to us for the anticipated arrival date. We will do our best to assist you.
6. Certain countries may impose import duties. For example, customs clearance charges (CSC) are necessary in some European countries. Value Added Tax (VAT) is administered and collected by the local government and the customer is responsible for the associated costs.
7. Once the package is shipped, we will send you the shipping details via email and notify you within the shipping time. If you do not receive it, please contact our service team.
8. If your package is delayed for more than 10 business days, please contact us at service@cathnina.com to check the details of your package. We will check what has happened and provide a solution to the problem.

6. Order Cancellation

• Once we receive your order, the production process is immediately initiated. Therefore, please understand that order cancellations may not be free under certain conditions.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the parcel has been shipped.
  • Within 24 hours, you’ll get a full refund after canceling the order.
    
  • Within 24-72 hours, you will get 80% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund.
    
  • More than 72 hours, you will get 60% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund since we may have made your dress.
    
  • Order cancellations are not supported after 120 hours from the time of payment.
• We are not responsible for undelivered goods due to inaccurate phone numbers or unclear addresses.  And costs, in this case, are not covered by our Refund Policy. Kindly ensure the accuracy of your shipping address and telephone number when placing your order.
